IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR SHEPPARTON PATIENTS

 

We are pleased to advise that as from 15th March, 2011, Dr Rob Mayne and Dr Ros Mayne have taken over ownership of Bee Happy Orthodontics  Shepparton Office, trading as Bee Happy Orthodontics - Goulburn Valley.  Rob and Ros have worked at Bee Happy Orthodontics for the last few years. They have since settled in Shepparton to raise their family and will provide the region with specialist Orthodontic services five days per week.  Whilst the Practice will continue to operate out of the current office in Nixon Street, there will be  some changes to  contact and banking details,  as outlined below.

Direct Debits: - Your current arrangements with Bee Happy Orthodontics Pty Ltd were cancelled as of 15th March, 2011.

 

All Shepparton patients wishing to continue using direct debit must complete a new direct debit request for Bee Happy Orthodontics - Goulburn Valley.   A new request has been mailed to you and needs to be completed and returned to128 Nixon Street, Shepparton, 3630 no later than 18th March, 2011.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT THE CHANGE OVER

 

Q – Where do I go for appointments if I have used both the Shepparton and Echuca Offices in the past?

 

A – Bee Happy Orthodontics Shepparton Office will be a separate business from the 15th March, 2011 so you will no longer be able to go between the Echuca and Shepparton offices. The remainder of your treatment will be carried out at the Shepparton Office

 

If this arrangement does not suit you, please contact us at either the Shepparton or Bendigo Office.

 

  

Q – If I am currently being treated by either Dr.Sokel, Dr. Jayasekera or Dr.Seto at the Shepparton office, can I still be treated by them?

 

A - Doctors Sokel, Jayasekera and Seto will still be visiting the Shepparton office in the coming months to assist with the transition of their patients into the care of Dr. Rob and Dr. Ros Mayne.

 

 

Q – What happens to my current contractual, treatment and appointment arrangements?

 

A – All arrangements remain the same.

 

 

Q - What happens with payments?

 

A – Payment arrangements will be the same except for those who pay by direct debit, internet payments or other direct payments to our bank account (please see above section for more details).
